The Evanescence EP is the self-titled debut extended play by the American rock band Evanescence, released on December 29, 1998. Created entirely by co-founders Amy Lee and Ben Moody, it served as a collection of their earliest home-recorded demos. Only 100 physical CD-R copies were ever produced, making it an incredibly rare collector's item. It sold out in a single night for $15 a copy during a live performance at Vino's, a brewpub in Little Rock, Arkansas.
