I'll Do Anything (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

The official soundtrack for the 1994 film I'll Do Anything was composed by Hans Zimmer and released on March 15, 1994 by the Varèse Sarabande record label.

The film was originally written and shot as a full-scale musical featuring songs written by Prince. However, following poor test screenings, director James L. Brooks famously cut all the musical numbers from the final edit.

As a result, Hans Zimmer’s soundtrack release mostly features long instrumental character suites alongside a single song that survived the theatrical cut. The musical style blends Zimmer's signature 1990s synthesizers with bluesy jazz elements, acoustic guitar, and saxophone solos.
