Just One Smile

Album by Tina Charles ‧ 1980

Just One Smile is the fifth studio album by British disco singer Tina Charles, released in 1980.

Following the decline of the mid-1970s disco boom, this record marked a transitional period where Charles attempted to pivot away from her signature disco-lite arrangements by integrating new wave, pop-rock, and electronic elements. The album consists of 12 tracks, balancing new material with covers of classic standards. Shortly after its release, Charles stepped away from the active music scene to focus on raising a family.
