Last Testament

Last Testament is the third and final solo studio album by legendary Scottish rock vocalist Dan McCafferty, the iconic former frontman of Nazareth. Released on October 18, 2019, through earMUSIC, it marked his first solo record in over 30 years following his retirement from touring due to health complications in 2013.

The 15-track album is a deeply reflective, genre-blending collaboration with Czech composer and keyboardist Karel Marik, who composed the music while McCafferty wrote all the lyrics. The record ranges from blistering classic rock tracks to poignant, acoustic-driven ballads that explore aging, relationships, and mortality.
