Live in Amsterdam is a landmark live album by Nigerian Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti and his Egypt 80 band, recorded in November 1983 and released in 1984. The phrase "Music Is The Weapon" is a core philosophy of Fela Kuti's life, which was explicitly used as a subtitle for this live album and as the title of an iconic 1982 documentary about him.
