Paco Doble
Album by
Paco de Lucía
‧ 1983
Paco Doble is a collaborative vinyl split-LP compilation showcasing the legendary Spanish flamenco guitarists Paco de Lucía and Paco Peña. Though the album compiles Latin American and folk-inspired tracks recorded between 1969 and 1973, the physical joint LP package was later distributed globally by labels like Philips.
The concept behind the album allows listeners to compare the distinct performance styles of both masters side by side, with Side A dedicated entirely to Paco de Lucía and Side B featuring Paco Peña.
