Pageant Material is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves, released June 23, 2015, through Mercury Nashville. Following her debut studio album, Same Trailer Different Park (2013), Pageant Material continues her exploration of small-town life, personal identity, and social expectations, particularly those placed on women. Much of the album was recorded live at RCA Studio A, and supported by two singles: "Biscuits" and "Dime Store Cowgirl".

Pageant Material blends traditional country with elements of pop and rock, drawing on influences from artists such as Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Willie Nelson, the latter of whom appears as a guest. Lyrically, it emphasizes everyday experiences, humor, and self-reflection, often addressing themes of independence and resisting external judgment.

Pageant Material received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who highlighted its songwriting, thematic consistency, and refinement of Musgraves's established style, while some noted a more restrained approach compared to her debut. The album debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 and reached number one on the Top Country Albums chart. It was nominated for Best Country Album at the Grammy Awards and Album of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards.
