Stop The Gunfight

Stop The Gunfight is a hip-hop studio album produced and released by the artist Trapp on April 22, 1997. It is highly notable for featuring posthumous appearances by legendary rap icons 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. right after their tragic deaths, particularly on the prominent tracks "Stop The Gunfight" and "Be The Realist".

Distributed by Intersound Records, the album was styled with a gritty Gangsta/Hardcore sound while also blending R&B and Soul elements. The project carried a strong social message against street violence; at the time of its release, a portion of the proceeds from the album sales were famously dedicated to Gun Buy Back programs.
