Super Psychedelics

Super Psychedelics is the 25th studio album by the legendary American instrumental surf rock band The Ventures, released in June 1967 by Liberty Records.

The album represents a notable shift in the band's signature surf-rock style, blending their melodic guitar work with the fuzz tones, phase shifting, and trippy studio effects characteristic of the late-1960s psychedelic rock movement. Unlike many of their other albums from this era that relied almost completely on covers, Super Psychedelics stands out for containing eight original tracks composed by the band members alongside four covers of contemporary hits.
