The Rockfield Mixes Plus

Album by Ian Gillan Band ‧ 2004

The Rockfield Mixes Plus is a 2004 expanded reissue album by the Ian Gillan Band, originally released by Angel Air Records. The compilation contains the original, unmixed sessions of the band's acclaimed 1977 jazz-rock/fusion album, Clear Air Turbulence.

While the final 1977 release was heavily remixed at Kingsway Recorders due to Ian Gillan's dissatisfaction with the initial production, this release unearths the cleaner, raw mixes taped at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales.
