Urban Thermo Dynamics
Urban Thermo Dynamics (UTD) was a short-lived, pioneering underground hip-hop trio formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 1994. The group is most notable for launching the music career of hip-hop icon Yasiin Bey (formerly known as Mos Def), who formed the group alongside his younger brother DCQ and his younger sister (or high school friend, depending on the account) Ces.
