Sahara Snow

Album by Sahara Snow ‧ 1997

Sahara Snow is a self-titled, melodic hard rock album released on January 1, 1997, through MTM Music. The album was the product of a short-lived side project featuring Australian singer Rick Springfield, veteran producer and keyboardist Bob Marlette, and acclaimed session guitarist Tim Pierce.

For Springfield, the project functioned as an important, unofficial comeback. He had taken a nearly decade-long recording hiatus following his 1988 solo album Rock of Life before diving back into the studio with this trio.
